Yom Yerushalayim
Students helped "build Jerusalem" with thousands of Lego pieces on Yom Yerushalayim
By RamazKids.com
Students helped "build Jerusalem" with thousands of Lego pieces on Yom Yerushalayim. A map of Jerusalem was laid out on the floor of the Heyman Auditorium and students built homes, walls, towers, gates, a windmill and a golden-yellow Western Wall and placed them appropriately on the map. The project allowed the children to connect with Yerushalayim for the day and to visualize the layout of this holy city.
